Notify us of the claim
Inform us of your claim within 10 calendar days from the date of the incident. You can notify us at any time using the form below.

Send us the documentation
Send us all documents related to your claim within 30 calendar days from the date of your recovery. Please ensure that all documents are in English, Arabic, or French. If you have documents in any other language, such as those from an overseas accident, they must be translated by an official public translator before submission.

Attend a Medical Examination (only if required)
